Embracing Guerilla Research (UX Camp Brighton Presentation)

Presentation I gave for UX Camp Brighton 2014. My top tips for using ‘quick and dirty’ techniques to save time and money on UX research.

Back in November 2014, I gave this presentation at UX Camp Brighton (wonderful conference, by the way!). Because I’m a silly boy I totally forgot to record it at the time ; so I’ve recreated it online for your delectation and delight.

The presentation is bit of a follow-up to the article I also wrote last year for UX Magazine. It stresses that you don’t need big fancy labs to get useful insights. It also gives some of my top tips for conducting cheap user research. I hope you enjoy it!

You can find the original presentation slides here.
